Therapeutic sound has been shown to be more effective in helping those who experience it, to disconnect from over thinking conscious mind chatter, than traditional mindfulness techniques. Bypassing the conscious mind in this way helps clients to access inner wisdoms and healing powers from within. Clearance of energetic blocks that may be preventing intentions for change, transformation and healing from being realised, can be facilitated by use of various therapeutic sound techniques.

Tibetan bowls or tuning forks may be placed directly on the body, if clients are comfortable with this, and if appropriate for the session. You will be asked to wear loose comfy clothing.
