About the Founder

Bryony Alford, Founder of B'eautiful Health and Beauty Services.

Bryony Alford

Bryony is an holistic therapist who has 15 years’ experience in the industry. She specialises in massage and holistic therapies but also offers neurodevelopmental therapy.  


Bryony has had success in launching B'eautiful Training Academy in 2019 where students can receive accredited certification in a range of holistic therapies. 


Bryony is passionate about healthy living and promote brands that are cruelty free but also friendly to the environment.   Ark is a local skincare company from Haslemere and is the main brand used in the treatment room and training academy as they share these visions.  Bryony also partners with Zinzino, a market leading test-based nutrition company with Scandinavian roots.


 Bryony is situated out of Halsa treatment studios in Petersfield.  Use the online booking system to arrange an appointment or pop in and take a look around.

Aromatherapy Body Massage

This Swedish body massage will be adapted to suit your main areas of concern and pressure preference using a relaxing aromatherapy blend.  Add Reiki for an extra benefit*

Swedish massage concentrating on the neck, shoulders and lower back.

Indian Head Massage

Client is seated in the traditional way so that the focus is on the upper back, neck,  scalp,  face and upper arms.

This ancient foot therapy is used to rebalance the body and harmonise the mind. Recommended for those who suffer from insomnia, migraines and stress.

This advanced reflexology treatment specialises in the care for the lady or gent at preconception stage. It can be gratefully received during pregnancy and birth but also post natal.

This Japanese energy balancing technique is used to relax, destress and re-energise.  It can be used on all ages, and animals and also be treated at a distance.

Holistic Body Indulgence

This holistic massage for the whole body can include abdominal massage, reflexology, Reiki and/or a scalp massage, leaving you floating on air.  Tailored to your needs and preferences, we will discuss your treatment in a consultation before we start.

Thermo-Auricular Therapy

Also known as ear candling, this ancient form of therapy practised by many people nowadays for common complaints like Tinnitus, blocked sinuses and balance. The warmth of the smoke helps to soften wax and the movement of the flame creates a vibration of air, generating a massage-like effect on the eardrum. This induces a feeling of warm and balance of pressure in the ear, forehead and sinuses. The treatment also includes a gentle face massage to aid lymphatic and sinus drainage.

A firm pressured massage that’s still relaxing but gets deep into the muscles to aid relaxation and relief of tension. This can be a full body treatment or focus on a few particular areas.

Why stop looking after yourself once baby is here?  Bring baby to your treatment so that they can enjoy feeling you relax and recharge.  Feel at ease that we can adapt this therapy to work around you and baby.  A blend of reflexology and Reiki will enable you to hold baby and even feed if needed whilst Bryony works her magic.
